CASPER KIRTAN
What is kirtan?
Kirtan is a very simple & powerful way to meditate. It’s effortless & joyful; the music does the work for you as you flow with the melody & rhythm. It is a spiritual sing along. The performers and the the audience create the experience together. The leader sings the mantra, and the audience sings it back.
As you sing with each other you experience a deep connection with the musicians, the other audience members and yourself. And when the music stops, your mind is quiet.
No one cares what you sound like, you don’t have to join anything or believe anything in particular. You just sit down and sing.
“Kirtan is a means of finding our way back to the core of our Being, to our heart,
and to our connection with each other.” Ragani

FAQs
"Chanting is a way of getting in touch with yourself. It's an opening of the heart and letting go of the mind and thoughts. It deepens the channel of grace, and it's a way of being present in the moment."
